Profile notes

KODAK Pro Image 100 is a medium-speed (ISO 100/21°) C-41 color negative film engineered for extended shelf life and latent image stability, making it ideal for use in hot and humid climates where refrigerated storage is impractical. Its color palette is natural and balanced — comparable to Portra 160 in skin-tone accuracy, with slightly more saturation, and it delivers fine grain similar to Ektar 100. Originally distributed exclusively in Asia and South America from 1997, ProImage 100 expanded to European distribution in July 2018 and to North America in April 2019. The film is sold in pro packs of five and is among the most affordable 135-format color negative films available to professional users. Its wide underexposure latitude and consistent color make it suitable for portrait and social photography.
