Profile notes

Ilford XP2 Super is HARMAN Technology's chromogenic black-and-white film — a unique product that uses C-41 color dye-coupler chemistry to form a black-and-white silver dye image rather than traditional silver grains. The result is a fine-grained, high-resolution monochrome negative that can be processed in any standard C-41 minilab or home C-41 kit alongside color films. XP2 Super's most distinctive characteristic is its extraordinary exposure latitude: a single roll can be shot at any combination of EI 50, 100, 200, 400, or 800 and processed as standard C-41 — no development push or pull adjustment needed. Grain structure is finer than traditional silver-grain films at equivalent EI settings. Available in 35mm (36 exp) and 120. Data note: the database row records ISO 200, which appears to be a data entry error — XP2 Super is an ISO 400/27° film.
