The Mamiya C33 (1965) is an interchangeable-lens TLR — predecessor of the better-known C330 (1969). Same Mamiya TLR lens system (55, 65, 80, 105, 135, 180, 250 mm pairs), same bellows focus, same Seiko leaf shutters in each lens. Auto film stop and auto cocking. Less refined controls than the C330 but mechanically equivalent for image-making.

Released 1965 as the third generation of the Mamiya C-series TLR (after the original C and the C2/C3). Production ran 4 years until the C330 (1969) replaced it with refined controls and ergonomics.
For 2026 buyers, the C33 is a slightly cheaper alternative to the C330. Used at $200–450, with the same Mamiya TLR lens compatibility. Trade-off: older controls (C330 has refined wind mechanism, parallax-correction indicator), but optically and mechanically equivalent for image quality.
Same Mamiya TLR lens pairs as C220 / C330. 80/2.8 (kit), 55/4.5 wide, 105/3.5 portrait, 135/4.5, 180/4.5, 250/6.3. Porroflex prism finder, paramender (parallax compensator).
