The Canon EOS Rebel K2 (2003, sold as **EOS 3000V** in Europe and **EOS Kiss Lite** in Japan) is Canon's final consumer EF-mount film SLR. Polycarbonate body, 7-point AF, 35-zone evaluative meter, full PASM plus scene modes. Mechanically very similar to the Rebel Ti (2002) with minor cosmetic refinements. Canon ended consumer film SLR production with the K2 in 2007 — the EOS-1V continued in the pro line until 2018.

Released 2003. Production ran 4 years until 2007 when Canon ended consumer film SLR production. The K2 was the last in a long Rebel line that started with the Rebel/Kiss in 1990.
For 2026 buyers, the K2 at $25–70 used is the cheapest "modern" Canon film SLR. Same EF lens compatibility as any other EOS body. Trade-off: feels even more plastic than the Rebel Ti; pentamirror finder is dim.
Full Canon EF.
